Solution focused approach

I use a solution focused approach to my coaching.  This means we look at what the problem is, maybe a difficult conversation you have been trying to have but keep putting off for reasons you are unclear on.

We look at the reality of the situation and review the problem, then look to the future and how it will be when the issue has been resolved.

Solution focused coaching  combined with positive psychology interventions makes it possible to achieve your goals and make change as the techniques used make them more appealing and achievable.

Behavioural change

We all have habits that we want to change, eating a healthier diet, doing more exercise, running your 1st 5k race, losing weight, stopping smoking, taking a break from alcohol.

All of these things are possible, one step at a time.

Knowing how to change habits and become more consistent is key.

Visualisation of your future

There are many coaching techniques, one of my favourites is using visualisations which can be very insightful and powerful.

During our time together we would explore various techniques that will open your mind up to the possibilities that are currently unseen.

Positive mindset change

You can choose to live a life that is positive and full of gratitude and seeking the good in all situations, it does not mean your life is without problems and bad days.  However when you seek to change your mindset and see things differently your life is greatly enhanced.

Through reframing and seeking the positives in all situations you can change your life for the better and become more content in your every day life.
