What I offer you

1-2-1 Coaching

I offer 50 minute sessions, where we will work together on sessional topics, working towards your over arching reason for coaching. 


Over a series of sessions we will go on a journey together, we will explore where you are right now, uncover what is in your way, how you can over come your barriers.  We will develop your personal tool kit so that you will have what you need to succeed going forward.  This is a programme of growth, building mental fitness and strength.


Each client is different and we will assess your needs when we 1st meet.  I offer block bookings which can be tailored to meet your needs.  Blocks can be booked in sets of 6 or 12.

Group and Team sessions

Having worked in higher education for 27 years within the HR arena I know the importance of having strong leaders and how the individuals that make up the components of a team can fundamentally influence the outcome of a project or a team purpose. 


I have extensive project management experience and have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

 

We will establish the team dynamics, review their strengths individually, focusing on the unique people within the team, once established we will harness these strengths for the good of the team or indeed the entire organisation.


We are but the sum of our parts, and those parts must work together not against each other to succeed.

Alcohol free coaching

I took a break from alcohol in 2022 when I did dry January, as alcohol didn't go alongside the athletic lifestyle I live.


I found that removing the wine at the weekend didn't just mean my performance in the gym or out running improved, but other areas of my life improved.  I became more consistent at exercising, I increased my ability to run, I slept better and my perimenopausal symptoms all but disappeared.


I am uniquely qualified in this area and have a certificate in Alcohol free performance coaching, which means we can assess your behaviours and habits and set your personal goals.  Taking a break from alcohol even for a short period can supercharge your life.

Visualisation Sessions

I also offer one off visualisation sessions for upcoming events.  1 1/2 hour sessions are designed to help you visualise your success and overcome any perceived hurdles that are in your way.


If you are running a marathon, opening a conference, have an interview or business meeting coming up that you need to mentally prepare for, I can walk (or run) you through the event, to fully prepare mentally to tackle the hurdles that you are already seeing, those hurdles can be removed and together lets see the finish line and get you over it.
