I am qualified with a triple accredited Diploma in Coaching and Positive Psychology. Accredited by the ICF, AC and EMCC. I am also an accredited Alcohol free performance coach, and a member of the Association for Coaches.

Coaching is a gift to yourself. I will give you a space to be really heard, we will explore together where you are right now and what you want from our coaching relationship.
Through a programme of sessions we will look at where you are right now, where you want to get to and how you will get there.
A safe space to be brave and find new approaches.
We all have barriers and obstacles getting in our way, preventing us achieving what we want, we create those barriers through our lived experiences. Through the coaching process we can review how you see the world, uncover options that you have yet to imagine, and together we can remove the perceived barriers so you can move forward.
Inspiration and motivation.
To change your life you need to be motivated and inspired, we will find your motivation so that the changes needed are strong enough to make your journey easy.
