I am Zena. Welcome to my website. Get to know me a little, find out what my values are and how I can help you change your life. The power of coaching has dramatically changed my life, and I have trained as a coach so I can help others transform their lives and unlock their potential.
As a qualified coach specialising in behavioural change, my triple accredited Diploma is in Coaching and Positive Psychology, and is accredited by the ICF, AC and Areteway, I am also an accredited Alcohol free coach, and a associate member of the Association for Coaches.
